Hi! Exciting news: I am FULLY FUNDED! I feel incredibly blessed. I have been lucky enough to have such wonderfully kind and generous people in my life to help make this possible. Also, God has worked in really unexpected and amazing ways. I have met people over the past couple months who also generously donated to me!
One thing that completely changed my mindset about fundraising was when people said “Thank you” TO ME…like what, why? I was the one who was suppose to say thank you (and still did of course). Why were they saying thank you to me?? I have signed up to spread the word of the Lord and to love people in many different countries…thus, I am doing part of what we, as believers of Jesus Christ, have been called to do. As part of the church, we are called to lift up other believers and when we see one stepping into something BIG for the kingdom, it brings us joy. Therefore, a “thank you” makes sense. It is so cool to think! I love the community aspect of being Christian! It is so rewarding and life giving!
Thank you to everyone who has made this possible! I could not be more excited for the journey ahead!
